ReplyDeleteThis poppy is regal comapared to our bright yellow-orange California poppies. What a lovely colour and the application of the paint is beautiful. I can't wait to begin playing with my gouache again....you do such beautiful work with it!
ReplyDeleteOh, Diahn, what fun to see your beautiful poppy! I just did a sketch of a bouquet of them from our local farmers' market---I love seeing our different takes on the same subject. Belated Happy Mother's Day, too!
